Established in Kaohsiung by the founder Mr. Ming-Ven Wang in May 1999, the main business items are vanadium-molybdenum alloy and vanadium-molybdenum special chemicals related products. In 2010, because the founder, Mr. Ming-Ven Wang, was aware of the lack of green technology and recycling industries in domestic, and decided to invest heavily in the plant in Changhua, Changbin, Lukang Industrial Park, the current site.
